VITIGNOITALIA Exhibitor Regulations

The allocation of stands is decided exclusively by Hamlet srl, taking into account the technical lay-out requirements, the date of registration, the preferences expressed by the Exhibitor, which in any case are intended as indicative. For technical reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to change the location and size of the stand, without the Exhibitor being entitled to compensation or compensation.

Exhibitors are required to comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 626/94 and subsequent amendments and additions with regard to safety within their workstations. For organizational needs of a technical / administrative nature, the Exhibitor must appoint a technical manager of the stand for the entire duration of the Exhibition, including the stages of setting up and clearing the stands.

The Exhibitor will be able to carry out his promotional action only within his own stand, therefore leafleting and promotion in the common areas is prohibited. The reproduction of sound and light transmissions is prohibited. It is possible to make audiovisual reproductions, limited to within one's own workstation. Such reproductions are subject to the payment of SIAE rights. The Organizer may use the loudspeakers installed in the fairgrounds for official communications or in an emergency. Hamlet srl will carry out and distribute the Official Catalog of the Exhibition. The names of all exhibitors regularly registered for the Show will be entered in the catalog, in alphabetical order, according to company name. The data will be communicated by the exhibitors by filling in a form. A space of 4 lines for the part relating to identification data and a space of 4 lines for the product section will be reserved for each Exhibitor. The closing deadlines for the catalog are set for April 30, 2020. The insertion of paid advertising pages is expected. The related costs and registration procedures are available on the official website www.vitignoitalia.it or at the organizing secretariat in Vico Vetriera 12, 80132 Na.

The internal surveillance service is guaranteed by competent staff. The organizer integrates the internal surveillance system with specific security measures both day and night, without any responsibility for theft or damage to goods and materials present in the stations and inside the Castel dell’Ovo. The Exhibitors maintained Hamlet srl for the entire duration of the Exhibition including the days of setting up and dismantling for any theft or damage suffered. Alternatively, the Exhibitor must necessarily take out a specific insurance policy relating to the materials, goods, equipment and materials of their property present inside the Castel dell’Ovo, during the period of the Exhibition. All the aforementioned policies or releases must follow the schemes approved by Hamlet srl.

Hamlet srl ensures that the Exhibitor is in compliance with the Application for Admission and with the payments due to the organizer, by means of a special RCT policy, with coverage from the start of the set-up phase to the end of the dismantling phase. In any case, the Exhibitor is civilly and criminally liable for all damage to persons and property caused by equipment, structures or anything else present in the area made available, as well as by his own actions or by collaborators and / or agents.

In case of renunciation by the Exhibitor, the same must notify the organizer in writing by registered letter with return receipt, to be sent to the registered office, by 29 February 2020, indicating and documenting the reasons. In this case, 50% of the share will be retained by Hamlet srl as a deposit as compensation. For cancellations received after this date. The Exhibitor is required to pay the full amount of the fee.

Hamlet srl has the sole discretionary right to make changes to the exhibition dates without the Exhibitor being able to withdraw or otherwise dissolve the contract and free himself from the commitments undertaken. The organizer may reduce the Exhibition, without thereby being required to pay compensation, penalties or damages of any kind. If due to force majeure, or in any case for reasons unrelated to the will of the organizer, the Exhibition cannot be carried out, the commitments undertaken towards third parties and the organization expenses will be divided among the registered exhibitors, within the limits of the advance payments and additional sums. to be paid. Any remaining sums will instead be returned to the exhibitors in proportion to the advances paid.

It is absolutely forbidden to photograph and film the internal and external spaces of the Castel dell’Ovo, the workstations and products displayed without the authorization of the Exhibitors and the Organizer. Hamlet srl are responsible for any abusive reproductions. However, the Organizer reserves the right to film, reproduce, disseminate and authorize the filming, reproduction and dissemination of internal and external overall and detailed views.

It is absolutely forbidden to sell the products displayed either free of charge or for consideration. Remove products and materials from the premises during the regular course of the Exhibition. Promote products not pertaining to the Exhibitor; the display of products not attributable to the product category or for which they were admitted; advertising material (flyers, brochures, brochures, etc.) in the premises and in the immediate vicinity of the entrances and ticket offices; the permanence, including of its employees and collaborators, on the premises at the closing time provided for by the General Regulations. Carry out advertising on behalf of third parties, dismantle their own fittings and remove the goods displayed before the day and time established by the Organizer for dismantling; the use of structures (load-bearing and not) of the Rooms, to support tables, fittings, etc.

For any dispute the Court of Naples will be exclusively competent.

Pursuant to law 675/96, on the "protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data", Hamlet srl as the "owner" of the treatment, is required to provide some information regarding the use of personal data.

Personal data are processed within the normal institutional activity of Hamlet srl in the following ways: a) Purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the management of relationships with customers and suppliers (e.g. acquisition of preliminary data at the conclusion of a contract, execution of operations and provision of services on the basis of the obligations deriving from the concluded contract), and credit protection (assignments to credit recovery companies, factoring companies and / or credit institutions). b) Purposes functional to development the activity of Hamlet srl for which the interested party has the right to express his consent or not. The following activities fall into this category: • Sending information or advertising material to customers; • Verifying the level of customer satisfaction also through market research companies; c) Purposes connected with the obligations established by laws, regulations, regulations community, as well as provisions issued by legitimated authorities (e.g. tax regulations, statistics, etc.)

The processing of personal data takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and in any case, in order to guarantee the security of the data.

Finally, we inform you that art. 13 of the law in question allows the exercise of specific rights. In particular, the interested party can obtain from the owner confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and that the data are also made available to them in an intelligible form. The interested party may also ask to know the origin of the data as well as the logic and purposes on which the processing is based; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the block on which the treatment is based; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of data, to oppose the processing itself for legitimate reasons. It follows that without the consent of the interested party to communicate data to the aforementioned subjects and related treatments, Hamlet srl will only be able to carry out those services that do not require the communication of personal data to third parties.
